The only thing slowing the rollout down is Cons getting dragged into the dumbest possible side quest: a Golf Twitter slap-fight over breakfast balls. Nicky Smokes posted a 'play 3 holes' video, carded a birdie on the first without mentioning the first-tee mulligan, and the rules sickos descended. Cons stepped in to clarify that yes, most people take a breakfast ball, no, it doesn't mean everyone takes one every round, and the actual issue was the unacknowledged mulligan on a posted video — not the existence of the concept itself.
