On the other side of the diamond, Bo Bichette is having the inverse week. Once a building block down in Toronto and a guy who used to live near the top of MVP conversations, he is now getting clowned by Mets fans loud enough that he picked up a brand new nickname for his troubles. "Refund" is mean. "Refund" is also pretty funny when the guy you're paying isn't hitting.
Story of the week is pretty simple then. One young outfielder is collecting nicknames for things he's actively doing well, and one veteran shortstop is collecting them for the opposite reason. The Mets will gladly take that trade every single time.
