Sweeney's preliminary injunction says the NCAA can't stop them from playing again — and that opened the door for guys like Johnson.
The NCAA isn't taking it quietly. It filed a notice of appeal to the 10th Circuit and is asking for the injunction to be paused while that appeal plays out, arguing the ruling threatens to blow up rosters that were already set for 2026-27.
