Rico Bosco leads Big Cat, Dave Portnoy in Pat Hill race

TLDR: Rico Bosco went 11-2 last week to take first in the Pat Hill standings at 46-32, ahead of Big Cat and Dave Portnoy, after a botched first post briefly put Dave on top.
The first version of Monday's standings went out with the wrong name at the top.
PAT HILL STANDINGS: 1. @stoolpresidente 46-32 (59%) 2. @BarstoolBigCat 96-72-1 (57.1%) 3. @stoolpresidente 26-29-1 (47.3%) Last weeks records: @Return_Of_RB 11-2 @BarstoolBigCat 22-9 @stoolpresidente 5-3
Look closely. The record in first is 46-32, 59%, and the last-week line gives that run to Rico. But the handle next to it is Dave's, and Dave also shows up in 3rd at 26-29-1. So El Presidente was listed in first and third at the same time. He did not stop to ask how. A minute later he was already celebrating.
1st place!
The reign lasted 7 minutes. The fixed post put Rico in first at 46-32 (59%), Big Cat 2nd at 96-72-1 (57.1%) and Dave 3rd at 26-29-1 (47.3%). Last week's records explain it: Rico went 11-2, Big Cat went 22-9 and Dave went 5-3. Big Cat has made more than twice as many picks as Rico, 169 to 78, and he's still trailing on percentage. Volume isn't saving him.

Rico was gracious about it. Then he used the moment to go after a New York Post account over a Staten Island hoops story he says still needs a retraction. Even on a typo, Rico finds a second target.
Who owns the Pat Hill is already a fight. Rico won his first Pat Hill Trophy ever in the 2024 college football season, and the Pick Em semifinal preview in January 2025 made sure everyone heard about it. Big Cat says he won it last year and that Rico has acted like it never happened. He said so on the Week 3 Pick Em episode on 2026-09-15.
“Rico, I won. I won the Pat Hill. I've been erased from his memory.” – Big Cat
So the guy who says he got erased is now chasing the guy who erased him, and it's only 2.1 points. One 22-9 week puts Big Cat right back in it. Dave is 11.7 points back of first, under.500, and has already shown how fast he'll claim a lead that isn't his. It's early October, so there's a long way to go before anybody lifts the Pat Hill. For now the standings say Rico, and that's the version that counts.
