Francis Ellis joined the show as a co-host back in 2024 alongside Adam Ferrone (Rone) and Harry Settel (Lil Sas), and the trio's dynamic runs on exactly this kind of story: a low moment turned into a bit. This time it's Francis owning up to a night that apparently required zero utensils and a lot of self-reflection.
Francis tells the couch he was eating a rotisserie chicken with his hands in his car when it hit him that he'd hit rock bottom.
"I was sitting there eating a rotisserie chicken with my hands in my car and I thought, this is rock bottom," Francis says in the clip — and given the show built an entire episode title around that line, it's clearly the centerpiece of #428.
The episode isn't a one-note bit, either. Another clip from the same sit-down has a guest delivering a line so straight-faced and rehearsed that it got roasted online as sounding like cover talk from an undercover operative — a joke about the delivery, not an actual plot twist.
