A Titans fan's pregame bet got real after Tennessee's Week 1 loss, and he's now turning the walk from Nashville to MetLife into an ALS fundraiser.

    Before Week 1 even kicked off, a Titans fan going by @BallinFFB put his own two feet on the line: if Tennessee lost to the Jets, he'd walk the roughly 900 miles from Nissan Stadium in Nashville to MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford. The Titans obliged in the worst way, getting run over 23-10 at home, and suddenly a throwaway pregame post looked a lot less like a joke.

    According to Brobible, BallinFFB initially tried to wriggle out of the deal once the loss actually happened, only to get bulldozed by backlash and, notably, the Jets' own social team piling on with a public reminder of the wager. Faced with getting bullied into it either way, he's since leaned into the walk rather than run from it, reportedly reframing the trek as a fundraiser for ALS awareness instead of just a punishment lap.

    That pivot to charity didn't stop people from picking apart the fine print. Once the walk got real, the debate shifted to what actually counts as walking non-stop from Nashville to New Jersey, and BarstoolTate wasn't letting the goalposts move.
