College football's transfer portal era has basically turned some quarterbacks into vagabonds, and nobody fits that description better right now than Zeon Chriss-Gremillion. Tulane has officially named the fifth-year senior its starter for the Sept. 5 season opener at Duke, according to ESPN's Pete Thamel, capping off a preseason battle that came down to the wire.
This isn't Chriss-Gremillion's first rodeo as a starter — it's his 3rd school. He began his career at Louisiana before transferring to Houston, where he started games in both 2024 and 2025. Now he's landed at Tulane for a 5th season, chasing a level of stability he hasn't had anywhere else.
