The forecast at Delaware Stadium is about as clean as it gets on Saturday, September 19 — 68 degrees, partly cloudy, wind barely above a breeze. Neither side has a weather excuse if the ball doesn't come out clean, which makes a number leaning this hard toward the home side look like it's pricing established program pedigree more than anything either team has actually shown through 2 games this fall.
