Fibster Terms of Service

Updated 2026-06-19

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Fibster, a free multiplayer bluffing party game (also playable at barstoolbush.com/fibster) provided by Barstool Bush ("we," "us"). By creating or joining a room, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

The game & your license

Fibster is free to play and requires no account. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its content, and its branding remain ours. Fibster is a party game for fun — it is not gambling, and no real-money wagering of any kind takes place in it.

User-generated content & conduct

Fibster lets you type a display name and write your own answers ("bluffs"), which are shown to other players in your room. You are solely responsible for everything you submit. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to submit names or content that is:

  • harassing, threatening, hateful, or bullying toward anyone;
  • sexual content involving minors, or any illegal content;
  • obscene, defamatory, or designed to impersonate another person;
  • spam, or anything that violates someone else's rights or the law.

We may remove content and remove, suspend, or ban any player at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Because rooms are real-time and ephemeral, the practical first line of defense is the room itself: the host of any room can remove a player at any time.

Reporting objectionable content or users

If you encounter objectionable content or an abusive player, you can and should act immediately:

  • Have the host remove them. The room host can boot any player from the game, which removes them and their content from the round.
  • Leave the room. You can exit any game at any time.
  • Report it to us by DMing @Barstool_Bush on X with the room code and a description (or screenshot). We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and act on them — typically within 24 hours — by removing content and/or barring the user.

Privacy

Your use of Fibster is also governed by the Fibster Privacy Policy, which explains the limited data the app handles.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Fibster is provided "as is" and "as available,"without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barstool Bush is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or from content submitted by other players.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
