Slade Cecconi (3-4, 5.16) has actually quietly cleaned things up — 3 straight decent outings, including 7.1 innings of 2-run ball against Detroit last time out. But this is still a tier-mismatch on the bump, and Vegas knows it.
Phillies are -187 at home, which is about as steep as it gets for a sub-.500 team. The market is paying for Wheeler, not the Phillies.
