Oklahoma City flipped the series on its head with a 127-114 beatdown in Game 5, with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander dropping 32 and 9 assists to swing the math back toward the favorite. Now the Thunder fly to San Antonio with a 3-2 lead and a chance to punch a Finals ticket on the Spurs' floor.

Pinnacle has San Antonio as a 3.5-point home favorite at -152 on the moneyline, which tells you the market still thinks the Spurs survive a night when their season depends on it. The total sits at 219.5 — Game 5 cleared that comfortably, Game 4 (the 103-82 SA win) was nowhere near.

The headline name on the injury report is Jalen Williams, who's questionable with the hamstring that's already cost him most of this series. He went for 26-7-3 in Game 1, the only full game he's played in the round, and OKC has somehow still gotten to 3-2 without him. Ajay Mitchell (calf) is out again. For San Antonio, it's basically Victor Wembanyama or bust — he was held to 20 and 6 in Game 5 and the Spurs need a lot more than that on Thursday.

The pattern here is weird and worth flagging: home team is 1-4 in this series. Both wins by San Antonio came in OKC, and the Thunder's most recent road trip to the AT&T Center ended in a 21-point blowout loss in Game 4. So either the road-team script finally breaks tonight, or the Spurs send this thing back to Oklahoma City for a Game 7 nobody asked for.

Game 6 tips at 7:35 PM CT. Thunder are the better team, SGA looks locked in, and the Spurs are running out of runway — but until Wemby's eliminated, he's not eliminated.
