OhioTate and the After Dark crew cash a $25,000 DraftKings bet on 30 straight kicks

The bit was simple on paper: make 30 field goals in a row and DraftKings hands over a $25,000 bonus. In practice it turned into an overnight slog. Ohio's Tate was posting fresh groups arriving to keep kicking as early as 3 a.m., after an earlier crew had already struck out. Seven hours of attempts, one goalpost, and a stream that would not let anyone sleep.

The closest call came just before 6 a.m., when the group ran a streak all the way to 29 and then bricked the one that would've closed it out. Tate called it exactly what it was.

Barstool Sports later put a number on the grind: nearly 6 hours and roughly 350 attempts to get there. That's the kind of stat that explains why the group looked half-dead and fully deranged by sunrise, and why the show's own hosts spent the next day defending how it was run at all.

That defense got loud. PFT Commenter took a shot at coworkers trying to "play gotcha" with Rico's mental health over the stream, and by the next evening Tate was airing it out live on the Yak, telling Dan to take him off the show over the complaints about how After Dark went down.
