Mostly Hoops season 2 premieres with Mark Titus

TLDR: Mostly Hoops returned for season 2 on the Mostly Sports YouTube channel on Monday, October 26, with Mark Titus and Dana Beers live at 10 ET and the Pope already on the agenda.
Dana Beers treated Monday morning like a national holiday, and he gave the time and the channel in the same post.

Happy National Mostly Hoops Opening Day to all who celebrate! We will be live at 10 ET/9 CT on the @mostlysports YouTube channel. Can’t wait to talk some ball @MostlyHoopsShow
The show went up on the Mostly Sports channel. That is the YouTube home Titus shares with Brandon Walker, and putting Mostly Hoops there puts college hoops talk in front of an audience that already watches Titus every week. The pitch from inside the building was simple: if you know ball, watch.

.@MostlyHoopsShow is back on the @mostlysports channel at the top of the hour. Go watch it if you know ball.
Mostly Hoops is a Monday show. Titus and Ohio's Tate host it, with Beers and White Boy Rick in the mix. Beers took the long road to a seat at the table: he started as a Pardon My Take production intern in 2016 and produced the Barstool and Coach Prime documentary series before he became a full-time personality. Ohio's Tate went live with Titus and Beers right at 10 ET, so the season opened on time.
The opening segment was not about a bracket or a preseason top 25. It was about the Pope. Villanova and Notre Dame open the season in Rome on November 1 with the Eternal City Tip-Off, a men's and women's doubleheader. The schools say the idea came from the election of Pope Leo XIV, an Augustinian friar who went to Villanova.
For the record, nothing confirms he'll be courtside. The trip includes a planned papal audience with Pope Leo XIV before the games, plus a shared Mass at St. Peter's Basilica. Meeting the teams and sitting through a 9:30 a.m. ET tip are 2 different things, though, and that gap is exactly what a hoops podcast should be arguing about the week before the season starts.
It's also a smart way to open. The college basketball season tips off in Italy in less than a week, and the most interesting question about it has nothing to do with rotations. If the Pope does show up, it's the biggest opening-night cameo the sport has ever had. And Mostly Hoops called it on day 1 of season 2. New episodes run every Monday, so the follow-up will land right after we find out.
