Steven Cheah, Big Cat and Jerry lose Seahawks bets in OT

TLDR: Steven Cheah's -142 Seahawks moneyline died in overtime in Denver, where a Sam Darnold interception set up Wil Lutz's 53-yard winner and took Big Cat's JSN touchdown and Jerry's -2.5 down with it.
The Cave went all in on Seattle Thursday. Cheah took his shot on Quick Picks that afternoon and didn't pretend the price was pretty.
“It's a little juicy. It's minus 142. But I'm taking the Seahawks on the money line.” – Steven Cheah
His case made sense on paper. Denver was coming off what he called a fairly lucky win, Seattle off an ugly home loss to San Francisco, and he believed the Broncos were missing both starting corners and a starting safety, which he figured meant a big night for Sam Darnold. Remember that last part.
The first half was mostly Denver, but the Cave still found something to scream about. Jerry's parlay got its first leg when RJ Harvey punched in a touchdown out of the wildcat, and he reacted like the whole ticket had cashed.

That was about all Seattle bettors got for a long time. The Seahawks went into the fourth quarter down 14-3, and the Seattle money in that studio looked finished. Cheah's moneyline, Jerry's -2.5 and Big Cat's Jaxon Smith-Njigba anytime touchdown were all sitting dead on the board.
Then Seattle came back. A late touchdown made it a game, and Rashid Shaheed's 2-point conversion got it to 3. The ball got tipped in the end zone, he stayed with it between 2 Broncos defenders and pulled it in on the way down.
JSN followed with a huge downfield catch on 2nd and 16 with about 2:40 left, and Jason Myers hit a 34-yard field goal with 3 seconds to go to send it to overtime. The Seahawks had erased an 11-point fourth-quarter deficit, and every Seattle ticket in the building was alive again.
It didn't last. Darnold threw an interception to Ja'Quan McMillian on Seattle's first overtime possession, Lutz drilled the 53-yarder, and Denver won 17-14. Darnold finished 27 of 51 for 278 yards with 2 picks and got sacked 5 times. So much for the big night against a banged-up secondary. Big Cat took it about as well as you'd expect.
The Sports Advisors posted the damage that night. Big Cat's JSN touchdown and Jerry's Seahawks -2.5 both went in the loss column, on a night that also had Jerry insisting nobody can tell yet whether Bo Nix is actually good.
TNF Records: @BarstoolBigCat JSN ATTS ❌ @Jerrythekid21 Seahawks -2.5 ❌
Denver goes to 4-2 and Seattle falls to 3-3. The Cave gets to say it rode a comeback all the way to overtime, which is a nice story and doesn't pay out a thing. Cheah's bounce-back call was right for about 15 minutes of football. The next TNF parlay goes up next Thursday, and the Cave could use a winner.
