Toronto KOI takes in Aspekttt for tBush Gaming

TLDR: On the latest tBush Gaming Owners Meeting, Jersey Jerry said Toronto KOI will put Aspekttt up in its guest suite with a PC setup, so he plays the Invitational and Cup 1 on good ping.

Jerry didn't play it cool. Right after the episode dropped, he posted the clip and thanked the Toronto KOI people by name.

A MASSIVE thank you to @TorontoKOI for setting up @Aspekttt_ in Toronto. We will now have him on good ping for the Invitational & Cup 1. Appreciate @NeilDuffy & @DawsonLovell for working with us 🤝🌳

Jerry called it a massive W, and it's worth looking at what he was saying 2 days earlier. On the November 1 Telluride Bush Gaming stream, the one where he blew up over the cuts to the Challengers prize pool, he was already panicking about the bill for sending a player north of the border.

“I got a guy on my team that needs me to pay for him to play in a monster tourney in Canada and an Airbnb. I'm already in debt before he even got a kill for me.” – Jersey Jerry

Toronto KOI is a real Call of Duty League franchise. It's the old Toronto Ultra, renamed in October 2025, and it's owned by OverActive Media. That makes this a CDL organization giving a Challengers team a free place to stay and a working rig. The 2 orgs have done business before, too: Abe spent a loan stint with Bush Gaming from KOI between March and June 2026. Aspekttt only joined tBush Gaming in October, so his first big trip with the team now comes with a roof, a PC and a stable connection, and Jerry doesn't have to pay for an Airbnb.

Ping is the whole point. Challengers players live and die by their connection, and a player on a bad line is playing with a handicap before the first map. Putting Aspekttt on KOI's setup for the Invitational and Cup 1 takes one excuse off the table for a roster that's still getting to know each other.

It wasn't all business on the call. Sas had his own problem, and going by the clip, Jerry and Mook found it very funny.

Now the hard part: actually winning something. Jerry has spent the week yelling about money, from smaller prize pools to the LCQ money he joked went into Jace's backyard fence. With Toronto KOI covering Aspekttt's room and setup, at least one cost is gone. The rest depends on what the team does at the Invitational and Cup 1, and Jerry's debt jokes will last about as long as it takes Aspekttt to start getting kills.
