Yak's Wild premieres November 17 on The Yak

The first look came straight off Wednesday's Yak stream, and Dave was the first to post it with the air dates.

THE FIRST YAK’S WILD PROMO!!!

Here's the schedule: 3 straight days, November 17 through 19, and then a finale on the 23rd. The promo says BODYARMOR Flash I.V. is sponsoring it. Dave says he's excited to "show off my athletic prowess once again," which is about as self-aware as a tweet gets. Nobody has ever called Dave an athlete. He knows it. That's the joke, and it's also why you'll watch.

The "once again" part matters too. BODYARMOR and The Yak have done this before. Last November the show ran a BODYARMOR Yak Gauntlet Tournament, and that episode went out on November 14, 2025 under the title "Comes to a Bizarre Finish." So the drink sponsor, the helmets and the time of year all line up. Yak's Wild looks like the bigger, multi-night version of something that has already shown it can make the show go sideways in the best way.

YAK’S WILD COMING LATER THIS MONTH! You’re not going to want to miss this.

The main account hasn't given out much yet: "later this month" and "you're not going to want to miss this." There's no full cast list, no format and no prize. We know Dave is in it and the promo has an obstacle course. Everything else is still to come, and with 13 days until the premiere, expect more teasers to come out of the daily stream between now and then.

A Yak competition show only works because the show runs on its own lore. Big Cat said as much on the October 15 episode, talking about the bits that have turned into the show's foundation.

That's what you're buying with Yak's Wild. You get a cast of guys who mostly aren't athletes, an obstacle course and a ref, and more than a few years of inside jokes waiting for the next one. It premieres November 17, runs through the 19th and ends November 23. Dave has already promised a show. Whether he delivers one or just gives the show its next bit is pretty much the point.
