Team Mook reaches grand finals of the $50K COD Shuffle

TLDR: Mook took 04DaDon away from Jersey Jerry in the draft, and on October 29 his team reached the grand finals of the $50,000 Call of Duty Shuffle while Team Jerry fought on in losers finals.
Hitch's $50K Shuffle gave 8 coaches a draft board and a team each, and 2 of the 8 were Telluride Bush guys. Mook had the #2 overall pick and spent the morning asking the timeline what to do with it.

Shoutout @hitchariide for having me as a coach in the $50k shuffle π€ I have the #2 overall pick, who should I take??? Live at 2:30est for the draft π³
Jj had pick 7, and the bracket put the 2 Telluride teams against each other in round 1. So the draft at 2:30 ET had extra weight: whatever one of them took, the other would have to play against an hour later.
Jerry went first and took 04DaDon with the 1.1. Then Mook took him right back. The format let a coach steal a player who'd already been picked, and Mook used it on the best one available, which happened to be the guy his round 1 opponent had just built his team around.
Jerry did not take it well, and that clip got passed around too. Still, losing your first pick to the guy you play in round 1 is a rough way to start a $50,000 event.
Once JJ vs. Mook started around 4 ET, Mook kept playing up his own part in it. Jace said he saw Mook beat DashySZN twice, Mook said it was 3, and when that number made the rounds he raised it again.
By early evening both teams were still alive, just on different sides of the bracket. Mook's team was in winners finals and Jj's had dropped to losers finals, and then Team Mook won their way into grands: 8Kips, Attach, LunchTime_YT and the 04DaDon who started the day on Jerry's roster.

Sas went live to cover Team Mook's run on a 50/50 split of any prize money, so he has a stake in it now too. Team Jerry is still in losers finals. If they win there, they get a grand final against the team that stole their first pick, which is about the best possible ending for Telluride.
