Attach joins Telluride Bush Owner's Meeting on October 28
TLDR: Telluride Bush dropped a new Owner's Meeting with FaZe legend Attach as the guest on October 28, with podcast near-misses, FaZe Uncs pro am talk and Lil JJ calling Jace a bum.
The episode went up on the Bush YouTube channel the evening of October 28, and the clips started flowing almost right away. The best one is a podcast booking that got away.
Attach was so close to getting Mercules & Hydra on his podcast 🤦♂️
Mercules and Hydra on the same mic would have been a get for anybody in the Call of Duty world, and Attach coming up just short is exactly the kind of story the Owner's Meeting format is built for. It's a show where the Bush's 0% owners talk business, and a podcast booking that falls through counts as business.
Attach is about as plugged into old-school CoD as a guest can get. He and Clayster joined FaZe together in June 2015 during the Advanced Warfare era, after FaZe traded Huke and SlasheR to Denial for the pair. Priestahh and James Crowder, who competed as Replays back then, joined FaZe for the World War II season in November 2017. Put those 4 back together and you get what the Bush is calling the FaZe Uncs.
The FaZe Uncs ( @Attach @Clayster @JamesCrowder & @Priestahh ) might fuck around and qualify for the pro am
The line is that the Uncs "might fuck around and qualify for the pro am," which is a hedge and a threat at the same time. Nothing has been qualified yet. But a group of retired FaZe guys grinding their way into a pro am field would be a fun storyline for anyone who watched them in their prime, and it's worth keeping an eye on.
Then there's the clip that got a response. Lil JJ didn't leave room for interpretation on Jace.
Jace saw it within about 10 minutes and gave the only reasonable reply.
There's more in the full meeting, including Sas dealing with losing his phone in an Uber the day before. The whole thing is on YouTube, with the audio version on Apple and Spotify. If the Uncs actually make the pro am, expect Attach back on the show to take a victory lap.
