Rico Bosco does the Bush GM on Jerry and Terry
TLDR: Rico Bosco turned Thursday's House Call with Jerry and Terry into a Bush bit, doing his impression of the Bush GM and then backing the Bush while Jerry took Bama.
Thursday is House Call day, so it's touchdown-scorer picks and DraftKings graphics. This week Rico spent a good chunk of the show doing a guy on the phone.

You don't need a transcript for this one. The hand-to-the-ear phone gesture tells you the joke: the Bush GM is a man who is always on a call, always making a deal, always one ring away from something huge. The Bush is the Barstool outfit Jersey Jerry runs with Lil Sas and Connor Mook, which Dave Portnoy famously turned out to own all of. That makes it the perfect target for a House Call bit, and Rico clearly has his version of the front office down.
Then came the picks, and the Bush stopped being just a bit. Rico said he's riding with it, Jerry got stuck with Alabama, and Jerry answered with the line of the segment.

Just to be clear, "any murderers on the team this year" is a deadpan dig at Alabama's off-field reputation and not a claim about anyone on the current roster. It works because Jerry says it like he's asking about the depth chart. Picks shows live on exactly this kind of thing. The bets are the excuse and the needling is why people watch, and backing the Bush over Bama gives Rico about as much needling to absorb as anyone could ask for.

Talking about the crown is classic Rico, a guy who treats every picks show and draft segment like a title defense. He was doing the same thing 2 weeks ago, when a House Call conversation about draft shows turned into him crediting himself for a whole style of picking.

Of course, the more Rico builds up the legend, the more the fan accounts go after it. While the Bush stuff was going on, the clip accounts were already chopping up his old firefighter story too, and the jokes about it were not gentle.

The disability-check line is a ribbing from a fan account, not a report, but it fits the day. Rico gave the internet a Bush GM impression, a pick for the Bush against Bama and a speech about defending his crown, all before the weekend. If the Bush pick hits, he gets to do the GM voice again as a victory lap. If it misses, Jerry already has his opening line ready.
