Jason Williams returns for Son of a Boy Dad #444
TLDR: Jason Williams is back on Son of a Boy Dad for episode 444, out October 13, and Rone and Francis spent it on his 4-baths-a-day habit and a burger he would not try.
The bath thing came first. According to Rone, JWill had brought it up the week before, and the hosts were not letting it go.

"I've earned it" is the best possible answer, and it might be the only one. Nobody needs 4 baths a day. Then again, nobody throws an elbow pass on a fast break either, and that worked out for him. When the guy behind one of the flashiest highlight reels the NBA has ever had tells you he's earned something, you nod and move on.
He's a regular on the couch at this point. He was on episode 369, titled "White Chocolate", and came back for episode 403, "Boy Hollerin'", in May. That's why 444 is billed as a return and not a debut. He clearly gets along with Francis, Lil Sas and Rone, and episodes like this run on that kind of ease.
Food was the other bit. The crew put a photo of a burger up on screen, with rice patties for buns and a glazed patty in the middle, and asked their guest to give it a shot. He was not interested.

"That's what y'all want me to try?!" is a perfect West Virginia reaction to rice where bread should be. Rice-bun burgers are a real thing and people love them. They just ask a lot of a guy who already has 4 baths a day to fit in.
Most of the show's best moments come from a guest who doesn't care how he comes off and hosts who keep pushing. JWill doesn't argue the bath count. He owns it. Now that he's done 3 appearances, the safe bet is a 4th, and somebody should have that burger ready when he walks in.
